What are the delivery times for orders within France and internationally?


Persan & Bellefond creates its pieces on a made-to-order basis, customized for its clients. We don’t work from stock. The average delivery time for a piece from our collection is approximately 4 weeks. The shipping time varies depending on the destination country.

What are the delivery costs?

Products ordered from the Persan & Bellefond online boutique are delivered using a secure parcel or carrier service, with a signature required at the address provided during the order. Delivery costs are determined at the time of order and vary based on the selected product.

Which countries are included in the delivery zone? Persan & Bellefond delivers products to the delivery address provided by the client, within the geographical limits specified on the Persan & Bellefond online boutique, namely France and countries within the European Union. For deliveries outside of this zone, the Persan & Bellefond customer service is available Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (5:00 PM on Fridays) at +33(0)9 55 25 63 60, or via email at contact@persanbellefond.com

What is your return and exchange policy?

Every Persan & Bellefond E-shop customer has a 14-day cooling-off period from the receipt of their package to return one or more products at their own cost and risk, without needing to justify their decision. To make a return, the returned product must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be new, meaning it has never been worn, as a worn piece may have scratches that require repolishing.
  • It must be accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and original packaging (gift box, case, instructions, etc.), which should also be in perfect condition.
  • It must be returned with its purchase invoice (or a copy in case of partial return).

Please note that Persan & Bellefond will not accept returns if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or is not in its original condition. If the cooling-off period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be extended until the following first working day at midnight.

In the case of a return made beyond the 14-day period from receipt of the order, the refund will be issued as credit, and fees equivalent to 10% of the order amount will be deducted.

Please note that only products purchased from the Persan & Bellefond Eshop can be returned or exchanged through this E-shop. Products that have been modified or resized cannot be returned or exchanged.

How can I track my order?

You can track the progress of your piece’s production by checking your order status using your order number. This tracking will inform you at which stage of production your order is, giving you complete visibility into the creation process of your piece. As for the delivery of your piece, you can use the number provided in the shipping confirmation email to track the shipment of your parcel once it has been dispatched.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

The Persan & Bellefond customer service is available to help you update your order via phone, email, or chat. Please note that we cannot modify or cancel a confirmed order. If you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Service for the necessary instructions. We do not offer exchanges, but you can return your order within 14 days after receipt. Make sure to return the products in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with attached security tags. If you need a different return address, please inform our customer service. To receive your return label via email, please contact us. Once we receive your return and verify the quality of the products, we process the refund within the following 30 days. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the receipt of your order. Please contact us to exercise this right and return the products in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Please note that only original buyers are eligible for a refund, and returned products that are incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be refunded. Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We guarantee that the Products we deliver will conform to your order. If, however, you observe a non-conformity, please contact our Customer Relations Service by phone Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (5:00 PM on Fridays) at +33(0)9 55 25 63 60, or via email at contact@persanbellefond.com. We will guide you through the return procedure, in line with our general terms of sale.

Please be aware that our Products are subject to legal warranties, in addition to specific warranties provided with your order. In the case of non-conformity, you have a two-year period from the receipt of the Product to make a claim. We will propose either repair or replacement of the Product, unless one of the options is significantly more costly than the other. We commit to resolving the issue in the most advantageous way for you.

Moreover, if the Product has a hidden defect that renders it unsuitable for its intended use or significantly diminishes its value, you have the choice to cancel the sale or obtain a price reduction.

Where are Persan & Bellefond jewellery manufactured?

The Persan & Bellefond collection is designed and developed in France and exclusively crafted in our jewellery workshops located in Europe.

What gemstones or materials are used in your creations?

The Persan & Bellefond collections primarily feature GVS-quality diamonds (G colour and VS clarity), as well as coloured gemstones such as aquamarines, pink tourmalines, green peridots, and other gemstones chosen for their colour, clarity, and size.

Where do the diamonds and coloured gemstones come from?

The diamonds are exclusively purchased from reputable diamond dealers in France, ensuring that the stones are not sourced from conflict areas. The untreated coloured gemstones are sourced from French and European dealers, who are regular suppliers to renowned French jewellery houses.

Are the gemstones treated?

The diamonds are of natural origin. Persan & Bellefond does not use laboratory-grown diamonds. Apart from heating, a technique used for centuries to enhance colour and clarity, the coloured gemstones are guaranteed untreated.

What is the quality of diamonds used in your jewellery?

Persan & Bellefond exclusively uses GVS-quality diamonds for their colour and clarity.

How can I care for my jewellery to keep them in good condition?

Gold: To clean your gold piece, you can use lukewarm water and gently scrub with a soft brush, then dry with a soft cloth. If your jewellery is white gold and shows signs of wear, polishing and rhodium plating can restore its original shine. Feel free to contact us to arrange for this procedure.

Diamonds: To preserve the brilliance of your diamond, you can gently scrub it with a soft brush in warm soapy water, then wipe it with a soft cloth.

coloured Gemstones: Protect coloured gemstones by avoiding temperature fluctuations. Prevent thermal shocks and excessive heat sources. To clean them, use lukewarm soapy water and a soft brush. Gently scrub and wipe with a soft cloth.

Hyceram lacquer: To maintain the beauty of coloured Hyceram lacquer, clean it gently with lukewarm water using a soft brush. Then, carefully wipe it with a non-fuzzy soft cloth to restore its shine. lacquer is generally scratch-resistant, but it might exceptionally develop stains when in contact with other materials. If such a situation arises, please contact our customer service to arrange an intervention in our workshops.

Can I get advice on choosing the appropriate ring size?

When placing your order, we provide a size guide containing all the necessary explanations for selecting the correct metric size.

Do you have jewellery collections for men?

Yes, we offer versions for men featuring black diamonds on several models from the collection.

Are your jewellery accompanied by a certificate of authenticity?

All our jewellery comes with a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing the origin of the piece, the weight of gold, the weight of stones expressed in carats, and providing the key characteristics of the piece.

Do you offer jewellery made from recycled gold?

Yes, we certify that all our pieces are made from 18-karat recycled gold (750 ‰).

What is the composition of Hyceram?

Hyceram is a high-quality, high-resistance lacquer made in Europe for various luxury applications (jewellery, high-end watchmaking, luxury leather goods accessories, etc.).

Are your jewellery biocompatible?

Palladium-plated white gold 13% is guaranteed nickel-free, and coloured Hyceram lacquer is a high-quality biocompatible material, meaning it’s safe for both humans and nature. coloured Hyceram lacquer meets the strictest specifications and standards of ISO 10993. Additionally, Hyceram complies with REACH requirements (“Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals”), a European Union regulation designed to protect human health and the environment.

Do you offer repair services for damaged jewellery?

Yes, our workshops are capable of reviving or repairing pieces from the Persan & Bellefond collection that you have acquired from the online sales site. If you wish to restore your Persan & Bellefond piece to its original state, our workshops can perform the main operations, free of charge under warranty and with an estimate for out-of-warranty service (please refer to our general terms of sale).
